Today I would like to share with you my makes from Clarity Cumbria on Saturday. Jo Rice was our host and as always we had a lovely time.
This is my first full make - we did some utee on the main image so it looks like a tile.
Next we made a hook plaque.
We used stencils, stamps and grunge paste, paints and ink.
I love the Einstein quote - fabulous!!!
Finally we used acetate to add smooshed distress in a controlled way.
love this - definitely my favourite make!!!!
Hope you have a great Wednesday! Enjoy!
Hugs

They are all lovely in their own way Rachel but like you it's the last one that is my favourite.

Lovely makes
ReplyDeleteThat must have been a fun day if your projects are anything to go by. The are all wonderful, but yes I think number 3 is my fav. too. So I am sitting here guessing how to do it. Sprits on the acetate and then turn it over......?
ReplyDeletecouldn't be simpler - rub directly from ink pad onto acetate, spritz and rub - yep - colour goes where you want it!!! Hugs rachel x

Great makes Rachel, looks like you had a fun day. Had to smile about the girls swimming, could just see it happening to my granddaughters as they love their swimming lessons too. xxx

Fantastic makes Rachel, I love the tile effect on the first card and the bright splashes of colour on the last and the fairy card has a most dreamy feel to it. Looks like you had great fun.

I love the delft tile effect on the first card but having said that they are all lovley. Your tooth tale reminds me that Fluff ran into the bak of a freezer in Icelands and knocked here two front teeth out. As she was only 3 at the time it was a long while before she got her seconds!!. Hugs to you and the girls.Mrs A.
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful Rachel, each one is so very different, love the delft tile card, think it's my fav, and the colours of your third one are my kind of shades, and the second one is so creative, but love them all, Kate x
ReplyDeleteA super selection of projects Rachel. Love them and certainly looks like you had a fun filled day.
ReplyDeletePoor Penny, hope the tooth fairy made it.
