Here's the one I made on Sunday evening to act as inspiration:
and this is the one I made as a demo:
To make it I first layed down a layer of white titanium - pulled a print - then added blue and green acrylic paint to the gelli plate - then added die cut leaves and butterflies and flowers and pulled the print on the same piece of card. Afterwards I overstamped with chocolate baroque butterflies and bottom border and inkylicious grasses. And that was it! Simple!!!

The Journey is the Start
Wow!!! The black butterflies are a wonderful contrast to the vibrant gelli backgrounds. I have a stack of prints that were just waiting for an idea like this. :-) LOVE how your set turned out!!!

ReplyDeletePS. I'm limiting myself for the teacher's pressies this year too... just the clipboards I think, whereas usually I make something and also buy Starbucks vouchers, can't really manage that with our holiday straight after.
