My shining star

My shining star

Its so quiet ... what is he up to?

Good morning - hope you are all well - and would you believe it - the sun has put in an appearance!!!! Yipee! I'm hoping to take the girls out to a local farm today - so fingers crossed! We did manage an hour at the splash park in Morecambe yesterday - but me and my mum were sitting under a towel for part of the time as the rain came down!!!!

Nevermind - before I show you my card my daughter Lucy has asked for me to put up a picture of her and all the cards she has been making this last week:

That's Penny's foot in the bottom one - she's a cheeky monkey!!!! Both girls have done very well - and yesterday we played with shrink plastic - they were both very excited by that!!!!

Okay - onto my card for today - it shows an image from Mo Manning - I think its called something like 'Sammy's quiet'. I think its an adorable image - I've teamed it with papers from a series called 'life of the party', I thought the sentiment said it all! The stars are cut using my mums spellbinders dies - thanks mum!!!!!

I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges.

DP2mosdigitalchallenge: In the doghouse
simonsaysstampschallenge: anything goes
willowsketchiechallenge: anything goes - theme only
digistampsfor joydigistamps4joy-sa: spots and stripes

Okay dokey - best make hay!

Have a good Friday!
Rachel xxx

p.s. thanks for any comments you may choose to leave - they do make my day! Hugs xx

  2. Hi Rachel, Lucy and Penny have done an amazing job with their cards, how talented are they - must be your genes! The card today is lovely, it reminded me of my now 44 year old Son, when he was 6 he decided to do a masterpiece on my newly painted kitchen walls - neither he nor I have ever forgotten it! Yes, boys will be boys but then there are always girls.....Crafty hugs, Anne x
