Today I have my first entry into the first chocolate baroque challenge - I used stamps from the honey bee set and also the patchwork landscapes set.
I started by making the background - I stamped the honeycomb stamp in versa mark and heat set with white pearl WOW powders. I then worked distress inks (evergreen bough and tumbled glass) into the background. Then I stamped the honey bee words onto the background.
Next I stamped and coloured the main image using spectrum noir pens. I also stamped, coloured and fussy cut the bee and the flowers.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Now I have a couple more holiday snaps to share with you:
This one was during a visit to a river - Henry managed to catch lots of fish ( sticklebacks) and carried them home to put in the pond. Unfortunately none of them were with us 2 days later!
This one is during an evening card session - we were playing black jack! The kids learnt the rules pretty quickly and enjoyed playing along but it was always a lot easier when they went to bed!!!
Thats all for today! I hope you have a good Saturday - its forecast to be a washout here so we're off to the pool! Thanks for dropping by today and \i hope to see you again soon!
Hugs
Rachel xx
