Good morning lovelies! I should be in Cleethorpes right now but will be able blog as normal!!!! But I have scheduled posts for this week. This is the first! Its Christmas card club time again and the theme this time is a cardinal or another Christmas bird. Since I didn't have any cardinals I went for a robin:
The image is from Sheena Douglass - as is the embossing folder! I embossed a piece of card then coloured using the evergreen bough distress ink pad. I coloured the robin using promarkers.
Thats all for today! I hope you're having fun and thanks for dropping by!
Hugs
Rachel xx

I do love a Robin! I have to admit I thought the image was a Claritystamp stamp. He is so like my Claritystamp Robin - must try to ink him up again soon and I will be checking CC for Sheena's stamps. I hope you have a lovely time and the weather is kind to you! Karen x

ReplyDeleteGreat image and embossing folder. A robin is so Christmas-y - even though it's in the garden all year round! Christine xx
ReplyDeleteI love robins and have one feeding every day - he is very territorial though and doesn't like blackbirds (let along his own species). Your card is great and the emb. folder looks great!
ReplyDeleteHugs to you Sue Pxxx
This is just a darling robin (and they are Christmas birds too!). Love his pretty little self and he looks quite cheeky too. Liked the spriggy paper behind him, and this is just a happy feeling card. TFS & interpreting the bird theme in such a delightful way. Hope you're having a fun time where you are. Hugs
