Love is all you need - new Indigo blu challenge

Hello there! How are you? I hope you are doing well and having a good day! 1st February already - and time for a new challenge over at indigoblublogchallenge blog. We have changed to the first of the month for challenges - I hope you'll be able to join us - you must use an indigoblu stamp in your make and follow the theme - then you will be in with a chance to win - see the rules and details of prizes plus more inspiration from my teamies on the blog here where you can link up too.

I have made a canvas and used the big-butterfly-a6-red-rubber-stampa5-red-rubber-stamp-by-mike-deakin and love-is-dinkie-a7-red-rubber-stamp-by-indigoblu. I also used gold luscious-pigment-powders  plus teal luscious powder mixed with super thick slap it on and paints in grandmas teacup, marshmallow and chocolate plus some papers from steampunkesque-mixed-media-paper-pad-6x6. Finally I used a stencil with script.

Here's my make .....

I used papers in the background cut randomly into rectangles. Once dried in place I thinned the hot chocolate paint and overpainted the whole canvas before adding some thinned drips of marshmallow, a mix of hot chocolate and white and also teal paint. When dry I overpainted everything with gold luscious powders and added the script stencil using teal luscious powders mixed with superthick slap it on.

The LOVE stamp and big butterfly were both stamped onto papers from the steampunkesque set and cut out. I added some pink luscious to the butterfly. I finally stamped the dinky heart, cut and then assembled the canvas.

I hope you can join us!

Big hugs

Rachel xx
