Hello lovelies - its late one for me today! This is a reminder post for this months challenge at craftascene. We want you to create a scene on your card somewhere between dusk and dawn - so moonlight scenes are the obvious choice. I've done a card using a Lavinia stamp for the main image and some floral stamps from sheena douglass. The stars are also from Lavinia:
Firsly I created the background by masking the moon - I used coated clarity card and then brayered with adirondack ink. I'm sure I used aubergine - but it looks very blue here so maybe my memory fails me!Then I added the fairy stamp and floral stamps in black archival. The stars were done in white staz-on.
I'd like to enter the following challenges with this card:
Lavinialaviniastamps: Add a flower
ATSaddicted-to-stamps-challenge: AG
seema craftsseemacrafts: Monochromatic
cypccraftyourpassionchallenges: Do you believe in fairies
southern girlssoutherngirlschallenge: Make believe

We had a busy old day yesterday - after lunch we went to Preston to the museum of Lancashire - then we went off to a playbarn. That was followed by a trip to Blackpool where we had our tea at an Italian restaurant then went to see the illuminations. They were great as usual but it was very cold so instead of walking this year we saw most of them from the car - not so much fun I don't think but the girls weren't really appropriately dressed for the cold wind!
Thanks for dropping by today. Hope to see you again soon!
Big Hugs
