Chocolate Baroque Butterflies (again) and some monochrome male cards

Hello there! How are you? Thanks for your comments about my cards yesterday - I've got more cards today - three this time!!!! The first is one using stamps from Chocolate baroque plus a stencil from Clarity.

First of all I created an inky background with various pink/purple distress inks then stamped the moon/flower scene on top and the butterflies - \i reversed the second butterfly using my brayer. Then I applied the clarity stencil to some card and used the same DI colours to create the background,

Next I matted and layered and added the topper.

Finally I used the follow your passion stamp to add further background interest before adding the butterflies.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Charismacharismacardz:anything goes
crafty calendar challengescraftycalendarchallenge: things with wings

Next - my male cards - I keep trying to get something in craftstamper magazine - without success. These two cards were for a ready set stamp challenge where you had to make a male card in black white and grey. Here's my entries:

They are pretty simple but I was pleased with them - I sent the top one to my nephew for his 21st birthday.
I'd like to enter my male cards into the without words challengewithoutwordschallenge - gentlemen only.
Simon says stamp: simonsaysstampbloghappy birthday.

Thats all for today folks - hope you're okay. Lucy had a fabulous day yesterday - the best thing she did was something called the skypole and the other thing she loved was the kayaking! Sounds brilliant - although it did rain for most of the day!  She also jumped in the lake - with a  wetsuit on! They didn;t do trips like that when I was at school! I wonder what peny will get up to today?

Big Hugs and thanks for visiting!

Rachel xx
