monochrome at Clarity

Good morning all! How are you today? I'm super excited as yesterday I learned I won the stamping sensations challenge for March - I was so pleased - thankyou very much!

Now todays card I'm not so happy with - I adore the background using my new clarity stencil but I don't feel the card works overall - still - this is my warts and all blog so here goes:

I feel I need a butterfly on there and my clarity butterfly was not for coming out to play to I had to leave it!!!! Maybe I'll try something else later in the month if I get chance - I do love all three clarity stencils I bought last week though - they're just fabulous. All have been used - you'll have to wait to see them!!

The greens are all distress inks applied through the stencil using cut and dry foam - there's bundled sage, mowed lawn, crushed olive, shabby shutters, pine needles and forest moss.

I'd like to enter this card into the claritystampchallenge which is Monochrome this month.

Hope you have a great Saturday - we've nothing planned - not sure what we'll be doing but the forecast looks rubbish!!!

Thanks for popping by!

Big hugs

Rachel xx
