A special challenge at The Crafty Pad

Evening all! Well I just got back from Holidays in Cornwall - I've had a wonderful time with my lovely family - I'll put some pictures up over the next few posts! Just wanted to say hello to my followers old and new - and let you know that normal service will be resumed very soon! I also wanted to make you aware of a very special challenge that in going on over at The Crafty Pad for this month : http://thecraftypad.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/breast-cancer-awarenessthink-pink.html

As you may know one of out DT leaders Dawn, is having her head shaved in support of her mum who is currently undergoing chemotherapy following cancer surgery. Debbie - our wondrous leader at the Crafty Pad has come up with some freebie images that you can get from the page link above. You can also read more about Dawn's charityfundraiser and hopefully you'll agree that she really is a brave lady!

Here's a card I made for the challenge - it was a very quick effort but I think it shows off the freebie images - I didn't use the sentiment tickets however and they are fab.

Here it is!

I hope you'll pop over and take a  look and get involved - there are some amazing prizes.

Also - I just wanted to remind you that I'll be draing the winner of my candy on Monday evening -so get your comments in if you're interested!

I'll get around to commenting soon - I did miss visiting your blogs whilst on holiday but it has been great to have a good rest and recharge!

Big hugs to all of you!

Rachel xx
