These two cards were made using Sheena stamps, dies and embossing folders plus TH christmas paper dolls. I think they look quite sweet amongst the greenery!!!
The next two are made from chocolate baroque stamps - the same techniques were employed each time!
In both cases the images were stamped in versa mark and heat set with clear powder. Then I added brushos and once dry painted the leaves and berries. The backgrounds were done using distress oxides and then I stamped small images plus the sentiment on that before adding the topper.
Have a great day... I am having a day at the house of artist Chas Jacobs doing a painting workshop. Really looking forward to it!
Big hugs

ReplyDeleteMy goodness, what a quartet of gorgeous cards! Love the little folks in the greenery, and what an imaginative way to use those figures. Especially liked the brusho ones, and your dry painting on the stamped images looks great. Lucky you to have a painting class - that's something I'd enjoy very much! Had a look at the later post with the CB images, and those are fabulous. Love the rich background colors with the stamps....really beautiful. TFS & doing such a great job with the challenge, and enjoy your class. Hugs
ReplyDeleteFour wonderful cards, Rachel. They are all lovely of course, but my faves are the bottom two. I think that is due to the fact that although ?I love to see inky background cards, I don't have much confidence in myself to make very many of them.
ReplyDeleteI must push myself to try my inks more often as hopefully you have inspired me.
Stunning cards Rachel. Beautiful works of art. Hugs Rita xxxx
ReplyDeleteGreat technique for fab cards. TFS I must give this a try. Zoe x
