Visible image tin

Hello there! How are you today? I hope you are both well and happy. If not sending you big hugs! We're al good - and ready for a new day! I'm running this morning then this afternoon I'll be setting up for a jumble sale we're having on Saturday for the PTA. I'm not exactly looking forward to it - but one of the committee was very keen so we'll see how it goes!

Today I want to share a tin with you that I altered - it was contained one of those cheeky jamie oliver mugs - not sure what I'll put in it now! I'll be giving it to hubby on valentines!

I've used the visible image stamp that was on the cover of the craft stamper magazine this month - its such a gorgeous stamp and there were some beautiful projects in the mag made using the stamp - its well worth a look. I cut paper to the right size then stamped the image repeatedly in versa mark and used red glitter wow powders and heat set. Then I used distress inks to colour the roses and the paper. The top circle was made in the same way and the heart was painted using silkies from Imagination Crafts. Once dry I stamped the sentiment then added the bird and butterfly that I made using texturepaste and a mould. I added the roses and the ribbon from my stash.

I'd like to enter my altered tin into the following challenges:

Visible Imagevisibleimage: Anything goes
My Mums Craft Shopmymumscraftshop: Love is in the air
Simon says stampsimonsaysstampblog - emboss it
Penny'spennyschallenges: Embellishments
FSCfashionablestampingchallenges: Hearts and flowers

Thanks for dropping by and for any comments you leave - hope to see you again soon! Big Hugs! Rachel xx
