Good morning all you lovelies in blogland! I do hope you are well and happy. If all is working as it should when this scheduled post goes like I will be at the Premier Inn having breakfast and getting excited about my day ahead with Hels and lots of other ladies at a workshop! Not long to wait now!

Todays post then is all about Imagination Crafts - we have a new challenge starting today and some new design team members too - make sure you check out the full challenge post here..The theme for february is of course love - here's my first make:

To make my card I have used the following Imagination crafts Products - just click the link it will take you straight to the items in the shop:

To make my card I first painted a chipboard heart with red silkies then left it to dry - then added the sparkle medium through the stencil onto the black card. I stamped the bird of paradise stamp onto balck card using flitterglu then added flakes and fussy cut. I stamped the sentiment in versamark and added brass regular wow powders and heat set. Then I stamped the flowers onto the heart in black staz on and assembled the card adding the ribbon and the red mesh.

I hope you'll try to join our challenge this month - and remember if you use Imagination Crafts Products you'll be in with a chance of winning £40 to spend in store.

Inspired by Funkie Junkie 12 tags of Christmas week 10 and a commenters candy

Good morning to you lovely people! How are you today? I hope you are well and feeling happy! It was such a beautiful day here yesterday - full of blue skies and crispness - perfect for a run with my friend sue - when I got home I made peanut butter cookies - they're delicious!!! Great for replenishing that lost energy - lol!!!! Thanks for all your kind comments on yesterdays card - and also Penny's piccie. I've got one to show you of Lucy today - she was a princess/eastern dancer.

I'm afraid I'm responsible for those eyes - they were meant to look egyptian!!!! I couldn't get one of her during the play - she seemed to spend most of the time out of view!

Today I've got a card to share with you inspired by tag 10 of Linda's tags over at the Funkie Junkie 12 tags of Christmas challenge sponsored by the thefunkiejunkie Boutique. You can see Linda's original tag here - I took inspiration from the holly background, the bow and the focal sentiment plus the script in the background.

To make my card I used a kraft card blank and stamped over the back in teadye DI with a script stamp. Then I used an imaginationcrafts Holly Border mask and worked pine needles DI through the mask using cut and dry foam. Next I coloured the berries red then added the sentiment which is from pinflair and was cut with a spellbinders die. Then I added the bow and the poinsettia.

I'd like to  enter this card into thefunkiejunkie challenge-12-tags-of-christmas week 10.

I also have a commenters candy to share with you today. Celebrating my GDT spot at That Craft Place I have some of their lovely goodies to give away to one of you. They have so many wonderful items - why not have a browse at the shop here .... They are also super friendly and helpful!  Here's the candy:

The candy consists of a mask, two diecut hearts, three trinkets, two metallic tags and some lace.

If you would like to be in with a chance of winning this candy you need to be a follower and leave a comment on this post. I will draw a winner on Wednesday 18th December and hopefully get it in the post to reach you before Christmas - post willing of course!

Thanks for dropping by today and I hope to see you again soon! Big Hugs Rachel xx

Happy Haunting at Creative Inspirations

Hello there! I hope you are well! We're all good - the girls had a Harvest day at school yesterday and had a ball - they were split into 4 groups and cycled around 4 different activities - they did some gardening, some singing, made apple and blackberry crumble and made little harvest mice! It all sounded wonderful - what a fabulous day for them! I had another crafternoon with mum too - we made the tag card from Sheenas tutorials - wonderful stuff - hopefully will add that to tomorrows post!

Over at Creative Inspirations (cinspirations) this week's challenge is Happy Haunting.

This week's prize is from us and is the chance to be our GUEST DESIGNER FOR NOVEMBER!

Here's what I did using the wonderful Harriet-Witchy-Ride from Crafty Sentiments ....if you're quick she may still be on special price!

Firstly I used the white remnant rubs from Tim Holtz to add the words then created the background with distress inks - chipped saphire, seedless preserves and a smidge of black soot. I cut a circle and covered it with versamark and added white WOW powders and heat embossed. Harriet is coloured with promarkers and cut out. The bats are made using an Imagination crafts stencil and black stars sparkle medium. The happy Halloween is from another Tim Holtz stamp and die set!

I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:
