Joanna sheen cardswap

Hello there! Well just to report that my big girl had a great first day at high school. She looked a treat when she went out of the house in the morning and was still beaming on her return!

Long may it continue!!!

Today I want to share with you a card I made for the Joanna Sheen cardswap. The theme was all things nautical and I used a chocolate baroque set to make my card. I had seen something similar that my mum had made at her craft club so the design is pinched!

 outside ....

inside ....

altogether!
Since taking the pictures I have extended the post at the bottom into the sand!

Hope you have a great day!

Hugs

  6. Very cool card and so different from your usual style! Our children grow up so quickly--I can't believe your oldest is in high school! Wow! My girl didn't come home beaming after her first day of high school (or college!) Sending hugs!

  8. Happy to hear the smile was as big on the way home as on the way there - way to go, Lucy!

Love your summertime card - I seem to have missed summer this year, so I did enjoy peeking through the aperture at your lovely beach scene.
