Today I have my latest make for our lovely christmas card club - the theme is anything goes and was set by the lovely Sylvie. Here are the two cards I made for this one - using a die'sire create a card die.
I tried two different colourways - the first using distress ink, the second versa mark and gold embossing powder. Here's a close up:
this is a big change from my usual cards but I think it works!
Big hugs to you and I hope you have had a wonderful day!

Two very beautiful cards Rachel. So pleased you enjoyed your day! Hugs Christine xx
ReplyDeleteBoth are breath-taking! Love the elegant look you've achieved with the luscious Die'sire die & the change-up with the colors made each card so unique. The warmth of the cream & gold versus the cooler effect of the pale blue distress ink & white. Yet each looked so shimmery with the gold mat behind the focal piece. I can never get this stunning effect with the few CAC Die'sire dies I have. Well done. Also glad you had a lovely day being spoiled, as you deserve to be! TFS &Hugs
