I stamped the seed heads in black archival, masked them then created the background using a joggles mask and distress inks (abandoned coral and mustard seed). I then removed the stencil and painted the heads with salty ocean distress ink. Finally I used a Tim sentiment at the bottom.

That is stunning Rachel! I thought at first it was a canvas - it would look so lush wouldn't it? Love this and I love your journaling pages too hun. I've been trying to let go of some issues I've been having and have found that the drawing really helps with that. Hope you have an awesome weekend Karen x
