Hello Lovelies! This weeks prompt for journalling was emotions - I decided to explore negative and positive emotions and this is what I came up with - I wish I had used paints rather than pencils - another lesson learned! Hope you have had a good day! Hugs Rachel xx
It's probably blogger as I'm just getting a blank page Rachel, will try and remember to pop back.

I think your pages are great and since it is meant to be for putting your thoughts as well as art, I would say you did a pretty good job! Hugs, Anne xx
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful Rachel, I hope your positive emotions will continue to outweigh the negative. I really do admire you for being so honest and open about how you are feeling.
ReplyDeleteSending big hugs, Sue xx
A great job with this Rachel, I wouldn't know where to start, I'm not very good at putting my feelings in to words. Another fab double page spread in your journal. You have been a very strong person throughout all of these past months and I admire you so much.

P.S. in answer to your comment on my blog, yes I had a BIG trolley, lol.

Paint or pencils, doesn't matter, the important lesson is that you put it on paper and out in the air! Can't see it really well but from what I can see, I do like!
ReplyDeleteVery true Rachel and good on you for getting it all down. Susan x
ReplyDeleteGood to see the negatives go and the positives walk in the door.xxx
ReplyDeleteWhat great page Rachel, I hope that your positives outweigh the negatives. I don't think it matters if you use pencils or paint, you've used the colour well making the negatives dark and the positives bright.

Looks great Rachel and that is what journaling is - your thoughts and journal. It worked as you wanted it to at the time and then you think about another page and doing something different next time- it is how we learn! But I like this as it is your journal page.

This looks great Rachel and you can see you have put a lot of thought into this and I would imagine it was very therapeutic too.
