DT Post for Creative Inspirations: Anything goes with option of hearts

Morning all! I do hope you are well and happy! Thanks for popping by today and welcome to followers old and new - I'm thrilled that you're here and hope you enjoy what you see!

So get your thinking caps on and see what you can come up with! Here's my card:

My image is Jasmin from Crafty sentiments - this one is called Spring Breeze  and you can get her here. She's been coloured with promarkers and then fussy cut.  The background of the card I created using distress inks - I think it was a mixture of Barn door and crushed olive and shabby shutters - then added water using the spritz and flick technique. After drying I overstamped in walnut stain DI using Dylusions round the edge stamps then distressed with the same DI. The mesh is from the Ribbon Girl and the heart is one of the paint fusion hearts that was painted a long time ago - but I've covered it with renaissance gold treasure gold. I've made this card for my sister in New Zealand.  The character, Jasmin often reminds me of my big Sis - although she's pretty blond these days!

I'm very excited today - I'm off to see the Lion King in Manchester with Lucy and Penny and both of their grandmas - nana and nanny. We're going on the train too so its going to be really exciting for them! Will let you know how it pans out but I suspect we'll have a ball!!!
