Good morning all - are you well? I hope so! I'm feeling good after a great day yesterday - I took the girls to a birthday party at a playbarn - then onto a friends house for a playdate. Meanwhile I sadly visited my local craft shop for the last time - it closed its doors at 4.30pm last night for the final time - which is the little rain that fell on my day! And hence my title for this post. The other reason is my housemouse card that I have to show you today that is very much a rainy scene.
The image is from the housemouse spring decoupage pack from Joanna sheen and I'v placed it on an 8x8 card with muslin, WOC flowers ribbon from the pretty little ribbon shop and a charm from the afore mentioned craft shop. I've made this card for my card swap on the joanna sheen forum this month - I do hope the lady likes it!

ReplyDeleteIt such a shame that so many craft shops are closing, both of my local shops have had to sell up because they just cannot compete with the online prices. There is just something so nice about actually going into the shops and browsing rather than looking at a computer screen.
