Traditional Christmas

Happy Sunday Lovelies! I hope you're having a lovely day. We had a fabulous time yesterday - we went to the zoo at Blackpool then stayed for tea and went to see the illuminations - absolutely fabulous day!!

Today I've got a card I made specifically for the ABC Christmas Challenge this fortnight which is the twelve days of Christmas. It gave me an excuse to dust off my Partridge and Pear Tree stamp set from Clarity stamp and get it inked up. This is what I did:

I'm chuffed with this one - the layout is taken from a sketch this week over at Christmas challenges with sketches and the traditional colours reflect the challenge at Totally Gorjuss this week. The papers are a combination of HOTP and Papermania and the images have been coloured with promarkers.

I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges:

abcchristmaschallenge: Twelve days (a partidge in a pear tree)
Christmas Challenges with sketcheschristmaschallenges: Sketch 45
sparklesforumchristmaschallenge: Traditional
totallygorjuss Traditional Christmas colours
Southern Girlssoutherngirlschallenge: Tie a ribbon around it
papertakeweekly All creatures great and small
sweetstampinchallengeblog: Autumn leaves/trees.

Have a fabulous Sunday and thanks for dropping by!

Big Crafty Hugs

Rachel xx

  2. Fabulously stunning card Rachel, I can remember wanting those stamps sooo much! You have certainly done them proud. DH took me to Blackpool too yesterday, wasn't it a lovely day? No zoo or illuminations for us though, a model railway exhibition and a lovely craft shop called the Windmill - we had such a great day. Crafty hugs, Anne x

  12. Fabulous Rachel, wonderful rich lush colours! Sounds a fab day out. I'd love to visit Blackpool but it's too far north of us. We'd have to visit for at least a week - but if there are craft shops there I wouldn't get bored if it rained lol! Karen x
