Lily's traditional Christmas

Good morning crafty friends - I hope you're all well and happy. I'm feeling very chilly - autumn really is setting in now isn't it?

Today I've got another Christmas card to share with you - this time its a traditional colours one but with a cute image - from LOTV:

I stamped and coloured the image using promarkers and glitter and cut out using a spellbinders die and used another to add the scalloped edge. The background paper was made using the reverse of century pearl card that I stamped on in versa marks and added clear embossing powder and heat set - then I added pine needles DI direct to paper and smudged it all in and buffed up the snowflakes - then I simply matted and layered it onto a card with the ribbon, sentiment and gems added.

I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges:

christmascardchallenges: Sketch
liliofthevalleythursdaychallenge A classic Christmas
sparklesforumchristmaschallenge Traditional Christmas
paperplaychallenges Simply cute
totallygorjuss: Traditional Christmas colours
CHNCC:craftyhazelnutschristmaschallenge Snowflakes
totallystampalicious Christmas
ooh-la-la-creationschallenges Christmas sentiment.

Well I think that's all for now - thanks for popping by and I hope to see you again soon! Just wanted to say thankyou to Paula Holifield and Sue Bearhouse for the fabulous goodies I won over at Sue Bearhouse's site the other day - the ribbon and charms are just beautiful and will be making an appearance tomorrow! See you then!

Hugs

Rachel xx
