Anyway - onto todays card - I finally got the chance to have a play with some of the indigo blu things I was lucky enough to get for my birthday - and I made this thankyou card for my mum:
I used the flitterglu and the gilding flakes called brighton pier - I coloured the leaves and part of the inner with promarkers and the petals with pan pastels.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:
thatcraftplaceblog: Sketch
panpasteluk: summertime
bearlymine-challenges: flowers
craftysentiments: Bright colours
365cards: Day 113: Nature
So thats all for today - I have a busy evening - its our annual guiding review that I have to attend tonight and then its the school summer fair (?) tomorrow - that should be fun in all this rain!!!
Have a great weekend and hope to see you again tomorrow!
Hugs Rachel xx

ReplyDeleteSorry you couldn't go to see the torch pass by but its not nice for children to stand in the rain, if you google it on BBC you can watch it on-line live!!
