I already had the tags made so just added the cow images and stamped over the card to make the background. All I needed to do then was a quick batch of paper piecing and my cards were made.
Mum's cards are two she made whilst at the cumbria crafters retreat with Jo Rice - I can't even recall if I have posted my makes as yet.
