Hello there! Well I'm a day late but at least I'm here with my card for Christmas card club - there's only one card this time - I have to confess I forgot - all this holiday madness - I am begining to come unravelled!!! The theme this fortnight was 'Winter Activities' I made this whilst at my mums so took advantage of her dies!!!
The stamps are from woodware and the die is a tattered lace one for the frame and a marianne die for the spruce branch. I hope this will do - I would like to enter this into the rudolph challenge too
here.
Big hugs and I hope all is well with you xx

Hi Rachel
ReplyDeleteFabulous card... love those Skates....
Loved your pottery plate with Chocolate Baroque ... you are the Queen of pottery .. I wouldn't think it was that easy to stamp on?
Hugs Sylvie xx
Hi Sylvie - the stamping depends on the surface - plates are ok as they are flat but rounded surfaces are tricky! Also you can't stamp in ink as it burns off in the kiln so you need to stamp in glaze which is interesting!!!
DeleteWow Rachel, I love that skate stamp, love your beautiful card too, the die cuts are a wonderful addition! Hugs, Anne xx

Great car4d! I like the skates on a Christmas card. In fact, I hang a very old pair over the back of a chair on my front porch, at Christmas time. I would like to paint and then glitter them one day.
ReplyDeleteI think your card is lovely for both themes, CCC and RD and so glad you brought it over to the Rudolph Days Challenge.
I love the stamped image Rachel and you made good use of your mum's dies. Super card. Christine xx
ReplyDeleteThe stamped image is gorgeous Rachel, perfect subject for our theme this time.
