I started by creating a distress oxide background then stamped the insect images on top. I then coloured them and set about cutting the the word out using dies before then mounting the card on black before adding the letters back ontop and offset and also raised using those horrid little sticky squares! I do like the result. How about you?
I do hope you can join us this month. You can link up your project and see what my uber talented teamies have done here.

I know what you mean with the small foam pads... fiddly! But it's all worth it Rachel, the die-cut word is such a clever idea coming out of the bug-stamped paper! xx

ReplyDeleteA fantastic card Rachel, I love this set of stamps and have it myself. But I have to admit when thinking of birthday cards it's not the set that I instantly reach for. I love what you've made with them.
