Here's the finished item ..... and here's how I made it!
I started by using paperartsy-stencil 1 and paperartsy-stencil 2. I also used grungepaste through the stencil.
Next I used my finger to add indigoblu paints to the dry surface ... I then left that to dry.
I used new tim-holtz---distress-oxide-ink-pads in salty ocean, peacock feathers, twisted citron and lucky clover to create a background on which I stamped the -tim-holtz-cling-mounted-stamp-set---sea-life.
Next I added green treasure gold to the plants and then added fussy cut sealife.
I added some stencilled words and finally highlights using my posca pen.
A close up of the bottom left ....
and the top right!
