CVC: Christmas

Hello there! Well its my second post for the current challenge at Countryview Challenges this month - its an easy one ... the theme is Christmas ....have you got any last minute makes you can share with us? There's a chance to win  £20 spend in the wonderful shop!!!

Here's my make - the card I made for my lovely mum for Christmas - and I'm glad to be able to report that she loved it!!!

There's quite a lot going on here but basically this is what I did - sorry no step x step today - in the rush to make this I forgot!!!
Firstly I made the poinsettias by cutting them out using tattered poinsettia die. Next I coloured them with candied apple distress ink and used and indigo blu stamp to stamp the words. Then I curled them and layered them up.

Next I made the background using a combination of distress inks, stains and brushos! I stamped the Indigo blu dinkie stamp the arranged it all...

I also added some berries and pine cones....

I hope you like it! There's still a day or two left to enter here

Hugs

Rachel xx

  1. Great idea to use the same stamp to make the patterned paper you die-cut your flowers from. And your mother is right, it's a beautiful, classic, Christmas card!

  15. Like the rest of fake watches the Aerospace Evo collection, the new Endurance is water resistance to 100 meters, making it plenty sweat and rolex replica swim-resistant for any workout. And with a 22mm lug width and a 52mm lug-to-lug measurement, it also has a fake rolex uk near-identical footprint to the existing Aerospace, though the sculpted lines on the case are a lot more fake Breitling refined, with deep, twisted lyre style lugs that create a cool beveling on the 9:00 side of the caseband. And fake Omega thanks to the subtle patterning of the Breitlight material, the whole case has a very warm and organic look and feel on the wrist – an effect that’s contrasted beautifully by bright fake Hublot pops of blue, yellow, orange, red, or white. Other embellishments like the crown’s grippy rubberized surface, the steeply sloped pulsometer chapter ring (a fun fake Cartier touch, though I can’t imagine any serious athlete discarding their Whoop for this), and the gold-hued 3-6-9 & Breitling wing elements all fake Patek Philippe lend a very cohesive, premium feel that I can only best describe as ‘distinctly Breitling.’ Speaking of which, the lone fake Panerai design criticism I could probably levy at the new Endurance, is with the applied 3-6-9 markers. These have long been one of my favorite fake Tag Heuer stylistic flourishes of the Professional collection, and cutting each of them off to make room for other dial elements feels a bit like fake Audemars Piguet design heresy.
