Stencils at Countryview challenges

Hello there! How are you? Its the first November - and the challenge over at Countryview challenges starting today is 'stencils'. I just love stencils and use them almost as much as stamps to make cards and journal pages and mixed media projects. My first piece to tempt you to join us in the challenge is using a stencil from Visible Image and stamps from prima-marketing-finnabair.


I started out with a print I had pulled off  gelli plate using acrylic paint. I used distress oxide to add colour through the stencil then did the stamping.

    Hi Rachel, I agree stencils feature in most of my work too. I love the Union Jack stencil in the background and fun stamps too...great choice! You card is gorgeous...so much depth! Hugs xxx
