I had a lovely day yesterday - I went back to coffee pot - I'll share our makes soon - then cycled to the gym to start something called lean Body Systems. It was great fun and I did really enjoy it. Then I cycled home - all good stuff!!! Inthe evening i took the girls up to the university where they started a new block of swimming lessons - they found the transition from a 15m pool to a 25m pool quite tricky - but I'm glad we've moved classes as I think they'll really get stronger now they can be stretched so much more! They were happy too but I know they're going to sleep well tonight!
Last Thursday I took my lovely mum up to Kendal to a workshop with Jo Rice - we had a lovely day and this is what we made:
This is the first card we made - a lovely leafy wreath created using repeat stamping.
This is the second card - using the lone tree stencil.
This next one also used the lone tree stencil but with such a different result.
This was my version of the final make - a simple case of masking and stamping.
Lovely originals Jo - and a great day out! Thankyou!
Hope to be back to visiting your blogs later!
Hugs

Looks like you had a very creative day at the workshop Rachel and an equally energetic one yesterday. All the cards are lovely but I think my fav has to be the butterfly wreath, always something very satisfying about the shape.

Wow stunning cards Rachel I love them all. Well done for all of the exercise that you are doing, right before your run as well. Glad to hear your wiring is nearly sorted, I still have brick dust all over the house but at least they have finished knocking big holes everywhere and are beginning to make good now for the plasters next week. Hubby had to move some pipe work last friday and managed to cut through the network cable that we have. My son sat on the floor for 1 1/2 hours and soldered all the wires back together so that I had internet.
