Day one of the holidays - and a card!

Good afternoon all - well I've almost survived day one of the Easter holidays - I jest - its been fun! My girls came with me to my aerobics class this morning - they were fabulous - and we've made and decorated an cake and been to the cinema to see Mirror Mirror - that was different from how I imagined but lots of fun!

Anyway - down to craft - I had fun in the attic last night making today's offering - its probably going to be for my husband - I'm just not sure when!

Most of the stamps I've used in this project are clarity stamps but the hands are paperartsy. I've used a sheena Douglass Tag - one of those for paint fusion. I've used a variety of distress inks (spiced marmalade, walnut stain, crushed Olive ) and a distress stain (old paper). I've also used expresso adirondack ink and butterscotch too. I've used a water spritzer and my heat tool to dry between applications. I've used promarkers to add a some colour to the two balloons in the scene and also the scene trees.  I'm very fond of the result - hope you like it too!
